Welcome to Tidyfen. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tidyfen. We operate this website and provide the products and services available through it. Our store is powered by Shopify.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. These policies are available through our website footer. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
SECTION 1 USING OUR WEBSITE

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure.

SECTION 2 PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings and lighting.
We may update product descriptions, prices or availability when necessary. We may also limit quantities or discontinue products.
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and provide a full refund for the unavailable item.
SECTION 3 ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to purchase a product. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation.
We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, information provided is incorrect, fraud is suspected or an obvious pricing error has occurred. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will provide a full refund.
Please check your order details before submitting it. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at tidyfen@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been prepared or dispatched. This does not affect your legal cancellation rights.
Products purchased from Tidyfen are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale.
SECTION 4 PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Any delivery charges will be clearly shown before you complete your order.
We may change prices at any time, but this will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied with your order. Payments are processed securely by Shopify or the relevant payment provider. We do not directly store complete payment card details.
SECTION 5 DELIVERY
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will contact you where possible if a significant delay occurs.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days of acceptance. If we cannot deliver within the agreed period, you may have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund.
Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person identified by you, takes physical possession of them.
Please contact us promptly if your parcel is lost, damaged or delivered incorrectly so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
SECTION 6 CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Refund Policy, which is available through our website footer.
For most products ordered online, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. After telling us that you wish to cancel, you normally have another 14 days to return the product.
Returned products should be in the same condition in which they were received, subject to the handling reasonably necessary to inspect them. We may reduce a refund if a product has been used or damaged beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection.
If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or does not perform as expected, please contact us at tidyfen@gmail.com. Your legal rights regarding faulty goods are not affected by these Terms.
SECTION 7 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content on this website, including the Tidyfen name, branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs and layout, belongs to Tidyfen or is used with permission. It is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for personal and non commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission.
Shopify’s name, logo and other intellectual property belong to Shopify or its licensors.

Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those third parties. You should review their terms and privacy policies before using their services.
Some website features and payment services are provided by third parties. Your use of those features may also be subject to the relevant provider’s terms.
SECTION 9 RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Tidyfen is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology used to operate our store. Purchases made through this website are made directly from Tidyfen and not from Shopify.
Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for fulfilling orders, accepting returns or providing customer support for purchases made from Tidyfen.
SECTION 10 LIABILITY
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded and your statutory consumer rights.
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that was a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable.
Our products and website are supplied for personal and household use. We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue or loss of business opportunity arising from consumer use of our products or website.

If you live in England or Wales, legal proceedings may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
