SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within one to two business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

United Kingdom delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Standard delivery is free on every order and normally takes three to five business days after dispatch.

Express delivery costs £6.99 and normally takes one to two business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, severe weather, busy periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used when placing the order. Please allow time for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us at tidyfen@gmail.com as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been prepared or dispatched.

Lost, damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, contact us at tidyfen@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue and work to provide an appropriate solution.
